Laura Tribus Hingle, President, Black Diamond Solutions, LLC, has had more than 17 years of experience in the employee benefits industry, beginning her career with Tribus Companies in 1990 and assisting in the growth of the company from 25 employees to 205 employees.

Tribus became known as one of New Jersey's top employee benefits companies and was acquired by First Union/Wachovia Insurance Services in 2000. Hingle continued working with Wachovia Insurance Services until 2006 when she created Black Diamond Solutions, LLC.

Hingle earned her CEBS¹ designation from International Foundation of Employee Benefits² and The Wharton School of Business and her AAI³ designation from the National Association of Professional Insurance Agents⁴.

She is president of the Northern New Jersey Chapter of International Society of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists⁵, a member of the Executive Women of New Jersey⁶, and the Morris County Chamber of Commerce⁷.

She was graduated from Dickinson College with a Bachelor of Arts degree and from Syracuse University with a Masters Degree in business administration.
